Pre and Peri-natal Massage

Christina and Rachael are certified in pre/perinatal massage and studied with the leading educator in this field, Carole Osbourne-Sheets. These sessions are each specially designed for women both during and after pregnancy. Especially effective in reducing neck, shoulder, low back and hip pain. Highly recommended during each trimester. Christina is also available to attend births to support clients during labor.
